Shipping Policy

Beyond Post (operated by Kien Holdings LLC) ships within the United States only at this time.

Dispatch schedule. Beyond Post operates on a monthly cycle. Each month's filing cutoff is the 25th; dispatches for that cycle are mailed on the 5th of the following month. When you subscribe, your first dispatch is the next scheduled mailing after your order is filed.

Delivery. Dispatches are sent via standard mail. Once an item leaves our office, delivery time depends on the postal carrier and your location, and is outside our control. We do not currently provide individual tracking.

Shipping cost. Shipping is calculated at checkout and added to your recurring charge unless otherwise stated.

Address accuracy. Please keep the shipping address on your account current. We are not responsible for dispatches sent to an outdated or incorrect address provided by the subscriber. You can update your address anytime from your account.

Lost or damaged mail. If a dispatch arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable delivery window, contact us at office@thebeyondpost.com. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how these are handled.

International. We do not currently ship outside the United States. This may change in the future.
