Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of thebeyondpost.com and your subscription to Beyond Post, operated by Kien Holdings LLC ("we," "us"). By using the site or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

The service. Beyond Post is a recurring monthly subscription that delivers physical mail — letters, manga inserts, and related artifacts — on a monthly cycle. Contents vary each cycle and are determined at our discretion. Beyond Post is a work of fiction; its characters, bureau, and storyline are creative content for entertainment.

Subscriptions and billing. When you subscribe, you authorize a recurring charge to your payment method at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel. Prices are listed at checkout. We may change prices on a going-forward basis with notice; changes do not affect a cycle already billed.

Cancellation. You may cancel anytime from your account or by emailing office@thebeyondpost.com. Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to subscribe.

Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property. All content created for Beyond Post — including written material, artwork, manga, characters, and designs — is owned by Kien Holdings LLC and may not be reproduced or resold without our permission. Your subscription is for personal enjoyment and does not transfer any ownership of this content.

Disclaimers. Beyond Post is provided "as is." We make no warranties beyond those required by law. We are not responsible for postal delays or delivery issues outside our control, as described in our Shipping Policy.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Beyond Post is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
