Cancellation policy

Subscription Terms & Cancellation. Beyond Post is a recurring monthly subscription. By subscribing, you authorize a recurring charge to your payment method at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.

Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each month at the rate shown at checkout — $15/month for Founding Member or $20/month for Standard Mail. You will be charged on the same date each month. Founding Member rates remain locked at the enrollment price for as long as the subscription stays active.

What you receive. Each monthly dispatch includes a four-page manga insert, sealed correspondence, and rotating physical inserts, mailed to the address on your account.

Cancelling. You may cancel at any time. Log in to your account and open the subscription management page, or email us at office@thebeyondpost.com. Cancellation stops all future renewals. No cancellation fee applies.

Timing. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel before your next renewal date. Our monthly production cutoff is the 25th of each month. If your cancellation arrives after that month's cycle has entered production, you will still receive that month's dispatch, and your cancellation will take effect for the following cycle.

Pausing. You may pause your subscription from your account. Paused subscriptions are not charged and do not receive dispatches until resumed.

Changes to pricing. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any change to your subscription rate. Founding Member rates are not subject to increase.
