Refund & Cancellation Policy

Beyond Post (operated by Kien Holdings LLC) is a recurring monthly subscription. By subscribing, you authorize a recurring charge to your payment method at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.

Cancelling. You may cancel at any time. Log in to your account and open the subscription management page, or email us at office@thebeyondpost.com. Cancellation stops all future renewals.

Timing. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel before your next renewal date. Our monthly production cutoff is the 25th of each month; if your cancellation arrives after the cycle for that month has entered production, you will still receive that month's dispatch, and your cancellation will take effect for the following cycle.

Refunds. Because each dispatch is produced and mailed individually, we do not offer refunds on items that have already shipped. Cancelling ensures you are not charged for future cycles.

Lost or damaged mail. If your dispatch arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable delivery window, contact us at office@thebeyondpost.com and we will arrange a replacement or resolution on a case-by-case basis.
