Monthly correspondence from the Dead Letter Office — one letter and one manga page per cycle, hand-stamped and sequentially numbered. Founding members receive the founding crest on their envelope, priority on future arc enrollments, and a rate locked permanently at $15.

Quota: 50 seats. Closes when filed.

Dispatch & delivery. Filings received by the 25th are dispatched on the 5th of the following month. Mail is sent within the U.S.; allow 3–7 business days from dispatch for arrival.
